Hello fools! Been a while, eh? I (James) have been ruddy sick, and that mixed with guest troubles means we have been this:

'silent'.

So! Next week we plan to have Richie Geddes (and MAYBE Phil if he can be bovvered!) coming back into the studio to get us all off and running again! What I want to ask YOU, loyal viewers, is if you have any questions for him (or Phil). If so, private message either me or Al, whoever you like the most, and we can ask him them LIVE on air for your ears and brains pleasure.

It's the usual gubbins, only this time with twin-guestrophies Bryn Hickson-Rowden and Martin Black, who cover the 1st team and the Seagulls respectively, whilst we hear about the warm up game to the big one at the end of the season of The Alts vs The JJs. Cheddes is back with another story that definitely isn't sick whatsoever, and we continue the new short format for Ryan Fibbs. I whittled it down from 1 hour 26 to just 1 hour and 8, so go on, listen with your ears to the end result of THAT!
