I talk about relationships and showing up fully... but last week I realized I wasn't showing up for myself my spark went low and quiet, and I knew posting from an empty place wouldn't be real and you all deserve real.

"Men Can Never Love Only One Woman"

People often say that men can love more than one woman at the same time.

Whether you agree or not, one thing is true: love and commitment are not the same thing.

A man can develop feelings for more than one person. The same is true for a woman. We don't always control who catches our attention or how we feel, but we do control the choices we make.

Being attracted to someone else doesn't automatically mean you no longer love your partner. It also doesn't mean you must act on those feelings.

Real love isn't measured by how many people you find attractive. It's measured by the commitment you keep.

This is why many marriages and long-term relationships survive for decades. Both partners understand that attraction may come and go, but loyalty is a daily decision. They choose each other, even when life presents other options.

Some men truly love one woman and spend years proving it through faithfulness, sacrifice, and consistency. Others claim to love several women at once, but what they often call "love" may simply be desire, excitement, convenience, or emotional attachment.

At the end of the day, every man is different. Character, values, and self-control matter far more than gender.

The real question isn't whether someone can have feelings for more than one person. The real question is this:

Can they stay loyal to the person they have chosen to build a life with?
