Mariupol: a city that can never be kept quiet
Due to Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine, the prosperous city of Mariupol was almost completely destroyed. The horrors that people, who are forced to stay in the city, tell about regarding the situation in Mariupol is force holding back tears.
There is no drinking water in the city: the reserves are very small, but those water which import makes people have to withstand a huge queue under the scorching sun. The conditions that prevailed after the complete destruction of the city can be safely compared to the Middle Ages: unsanitary conditions, problems with diseases and bodies of those killed by the ruzzian peace.
And most recently, Mayor Vadym Boychenko made a terrible statement: the city is on the verge of an epidemic of cholera and other terrible infectious diseases. According to his estimates, there may be dozens of patients in Mariupol now, and their number will grow at an insane rate. The Mariupol Infectious Diseases Hospital was destroyed with all its equipment, and doctors were killed. But there are no specific facts about hospitalization: there is no access to information from hospitals. The occupying introduces quarantines the city: there will be no entrance or exit.
Measures are currently being taken to prevent the spread of the infection to other regions of Ukraine.
