LEE: The True Story

This featurette, explores the extraordinary life of female war photographer Lee Miller and the making of 'Lee' in the words of Kate Winslet (Actor/ Producer), Lee's son Antony Penrose and Granddaughter Ami Bouhassane.

Remembering all those brave personnel who risked their lives for freedom and peace on this 80th Anniversary of the D-Day landings.

A beloved member of the William's family was one of those many courageous individuals.

'The King has led the tributes at a ceremony in Normandy to mark the 80th anniversary of the operation. His Majesty paid tribute to those who “did not flinch when the moment came” on D-Day in his address to leaders and veterans at the commemoration service.' Report by Louise Kennedy.

May we forever remember the sacrifice of the tens of thousands who did not make it home and may we continue to honour the service of all those who did.

Our thoughts are with the many FEPOW's on Fathers Day, those who were the sons, were fathers, became fathers and those that never had the opportunity.

Frank was blessed with children after the war but if it wasn't for Judy, he would not have lived to have met his beloved wife and mother to his children.
