I’ve been on this journey for a long time, and this video was taken almost two years ago. There have been countless times when I had to start over, but each time, God gave me the strength to keep going. Even in the toughest moments, I felt His guidance pushing me forward, reminding me that progress is still progress, no matter how many times I’ve had to begin again.

Six weeks ago, I walked into Goodebody Fitness with a clear goal in mind. To get ready for my mini vacation. I shared with the trainer's that I wanted to work on my waistline and lift my peach 🍑😅, and they delivered beyond my expectations. Just as they promised, my body transformed, and I felt confident and ready for my vacation. Thank you, Goodebody Fitness, for being the best and helping me on this incredible journey.
