The regent of Ejamah Community HRH Emere Emmanuel Olako Oluji has distributed Christmas packages to the people of Ejamah Community, urging them to remain law abiding and continue to live in love and unity.

The monarch made this known while distributing Christmas packages brought to the community by Deawoo Engineering and Construction Company Limited.

The monarch maintained that the community can only grow when the people continue to live in love and unity as they remain law abiding in all they do.

The gathering which took place at the Palace of HRH Emere Emmanuel Olako Oluji the regent of Ejamah Community, had in attendance the Chiefs, Women, Youths and opinion leaders of Ejamah Community.

Items distributed includes bags of rice, Cows, Grandnut oil, bags of salt and cash.

OBOLO FC has taken up on EGBALOR FC as they battle for the third (3rd) position which ended with a 1:1 draw by both communities that led to a penalty kick which had OBOLO FC wining with a five (5) goal win against EGBALOR FC three (3) goals.

The match is expected to end on Sunday 26th as EJAMAH FC takes up AGBETA FC for the finals by 3pm at Ebubu field .

Eleme LGA Continues Raid On Criminal Hideouts

The raid on camps and hideouts of criminals in Eleme LGA continued today as the Police in company of youths under the auspices of Eleme and Alesa Youth Council jointly clamped down on criminal hideouts in bushes along the trailer park/Onne axis where two persons were apprehended and their camps inside burnt.

Reacting shortly after the raid, the Eleme Youth Council Coordinator, Prince Nsao Okereke said it is In pursuant of the promise the Executive Chairman of Eleme LGA, Chief Hon. Obarilomate Ollor made to the people of Eleme that he will ensure a crime free festive period adding that the Chairman has declared full clampdown on all criminal hideouts in Eleme and has directed them to carryout such actions from time to time.

Also speaking, a top ranking Police Officer who never wanted his identity disclosed said the raid is a preventive move and one that will serve as deterrent to other criminals who may want to carryout their evil activity.

RSV'S APPROVAL OF WOJI-ALETO-ALESA-REFINERY ROAD: Hon. (Engr.) Igwe Aforji Obey Commends Gov. Wike For His Show Of Love To Eleme People.

The Honourable Member Representing the good people of Eleme Constituency at the Rivers State House of Assembly and the Chairman House Committee on Local Content,Youth Employment and Empowerment Hon. (Engr.) Igwe Aforji Obey has commended the executive governor of Rivers State Chief Barr Nyesome Wike CON for the approval of the Woji-Aleto-Alesa Road to the Port Harcourt Refinery.

The Lawmaker made this known in a statement issued by his Media Aide Amejima Obo Olako, noting that the governor's gesture in awarding the contract is clearly a demonstration of his people oriented and visionary leadership as he has indeed proven that he loves Eleme people and has them at heart.

He further stressed that this has been one of his prayers to the governor for a very long time considering the economic impact of this project to Eleme people and by the special grace of God the governor has granted this request.

He expressed satisfaction that as the voice and the representative of Eleme people in the state assembly he has been able to attract such project to his Constituency as one of his achievements so far.

He therefore called on all sons and daughters of Eleme to continue with their support and prayers for the governor and his administration as there are more projects on the way for Eleme people.

The Lawmaker Representing Eleme Constituency at the Rivers State House of Assembly Hon. (Engr.) Igwe Aforji Obey in his capacity as the Chairman, House Committee on Local Content, Youth Employment and Empowerment has felicitated with Rivers Youths and Eleme his primary Constituency on the International Youth Day Celebration 2020.

He made this known in a statement he issued in Port Harcourt, nothing that the Youths are the pillars of the state and the strength of the state, stressing that the growth of our dear Rivers State depends on the youths.

Prince Ohia today chaired the Rivers State Youth Policy 2020 exhibition event, organized by the Rivers State Ministry of Youth Development.

The gathering which took place at the Rivers State Ministry of Justice was an engagement meeting of stakeholders on the draft of Rivers State Youth Policy 2020, and witnessed the presence of all Youth leaders across the 23 local governments of Rivers State led by Amb. Chijioke Ihunwo the Chairman National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Rivers State Chapter.

An eye witness who declared himself anonymous, revealed that the fire accident started as at 2am this morning as a result of electrical discharge, destroying goods worth millions of naira.
