9th February 2024, Wit-boooka placed Truth Telling signs on the Corner of Power Road and Mary Valley Highway, Kidd Bridge, and Memorial Park Gympi Gympi to educate people to the truth about Kabi Bunya Djha.
In keeping with instructions from Queen Victoria, the 'Bunya Districts' (which include the entirety of Kabi Bunya Djha) were set aside from 'settlement' in 1842. In 2023, The Governor General and the Governor of Queensland could not provide a lawful instrument which transferred Wit-boooka's Ancestrally Inherited land to the Crown, The Commonwealth or The State of Queensland. Kabi Bunya Djha.
As always the Sovereign Native Tribes of the Kabi First Nation continue work in the true spirit of the Wirritjin. Stay safe, bona wup'pin and love to all. O X
