Well... this is how we ended up here. 😂

For a while, I just saw cars as a way to get to more interesting locations for my photography - but soon figured out that they are part of the adventure.

Obviously, that snowballed... and I found another expensive hobby in Land Rovers. 🚙

For a girl who knew nothing about cars growing up... I've come a long way, and learned to appreciate the journey as much as the destination.

I took these images exactly 5 minutes apart - and it's a great example of how conditions can change.

By the time I took the second image, the wind had blown up and the beautiful reflection had almost vanished. 👀

Timing is everything with photography, right?

This is my guide to South West Western Australia for people who don't care about wineries. 😆

We had one week and did 2500km (don't recommend), but with 2 weeks you could see most places comfortably. 👇

📍 Busselton Jetty
📍 Lake Cave, Margaret River region
📍 Injidup Natural Spa
📍 Boranup Forest
📍 Gloucester Tree
📍 Albany
📍 Granite Skywalk
📍 Stirling Range and Bluff Knoll
📍 Great Ocean Drive, Esperance
📍 Lucky Bay (and beyond if you have time)
📍 Wave Rock

Given there are so many coastal sightseeing areas, I'd recommend planning the places you visit around the wind and weather on the day.

For the return trip, travel via Hyden to see a sunset from the top of Wave Rock - a definite highlight for me. 🤗

These waterfalls may not be the biggest you'll ever see, but they sure are impressive against the massive rocky outcrops and sheer cliffs.
