Today I made Apfelstrudel for tea with some friends. Thanks to the great recipe and movies by it was a lot easier than last time I made it.
I will definitely do it again - stretching the dough over a table is like magic!

Great rye sourdough class yesterday at Open Bakery! The students went home with three beaytifully crafted a d tasty loaves of bread each, one wholemeal rye with flaxseed, one sunflower seed with 40% rye, and one Weizen-Mischbrot with 2p% rye.
Daisy did an amazing job setting up and helping throughout the class.

Today I was test baking pretzels for my class on Saturday at
My son thought this would go extremely well with burnt aubergine, hummus and eggs. Voilà!

It's a fly

Great supper with cooked Flammkuchen.
Recipe in my first book.
We used a spicy leftover sauce my son made the other day, and added anchovies, capers and sweet peppers.
Yum!
