Today's training we kept it fairly simple, with a light warmup routine, took about 9 minutes
Few sets of lat pull downs also part of the warmup, got to 2 "top" sets before getting started on deads
Then we super setted some light deadlifts with 20 footers. Kept the weight at 40kg just reintroducing the movement and varying reps from 5-12 mixing up the tempo and sets just till we hit an hour training time
