Upper body day from Monday, and man im feeling it today. So went through the warmup twice and then the main bulk of the training was just alternating push up with assisted pullups until reps on the pullups got to about 6 and then we called it. Then we did 2 sets of mountain climbers and like 10 of "jumping rope" followed up with a half mile run. This is me thinking im taking it easy and man I tell you the doms I got today is wild, granted I was a little light on food yesterday but still.
I dont want to say im back yet because it still embarrassing ive dropped down to this point and the reason to me I still dont even know, but we trying baby
