Yesterday was a quiet, soul-fulfilling birthday — the kind that nourishes you from the inside out.
I spent the morning decorating for Christmas,
the afternoon laughing with my sister, my niece, and my husband,
and ended the day with a full-moon sound bath on the beach.
But not just any moon…
This Cold Moon was also a supermoon and part of a rare major lunar standstill —
climbing higher in the sky than any moon this year.
A height we won’t see again until 2042.
It felt like pure alignment.
A night of releasing what’s heavy and welcoming what’s new.
And somewhere in the midst of it all…
I even got serenaded at dinner. (That moment gets its own reel.) 🎶💖
I feel lighter. Clearer. Grateful.
