Last week's guest Bob Habian, CEO and co-founder of Tect App, Inc. talked in-depth about the importance of making informed decisions in business. Here is a quote from the episode:

"So being a licensed architect myself, having former experience in ownership of a global manufacturing company, having toiled in manufacturing the majority of my career, I found myself in that space between manufacturers of building products and architects and engineers who are trying to make sense out of that information, product information.
And what I determine is that the earliest decisions in a project are the most impactful. If those decisions made early, are informed decisions infused with the wisdom of those that really know what they're talking about, then the rest of the project is gonna go a lot smoother."
