There must be something about July 7th….

On July 7, 1968, The Yardbirds broke up which led Jimmy Page to form The New Yardbirds, who would later become better known as Led Zeppelin.

12 years later, on July 7, 1980, Led Zeppelin performed their last concert with their original lineup at the Eissporthalle in West Berlin, Germany.
