POV: your dog hates cuddles… until the thunder starts.

Every weekend we drag the comforter into the living room for movie night. Russell usually claims his own space like the independent king he is. But last night’s Austin storm? He crawled on top of me like I was the emotional support animal.

I hate that he was anxious—but I can’t lie, I soak up every second of it. He never cuddles like this unless the sky is falling.
