"আমার ভাইয়ের রক্তে রাঙানো একুশে ফেব্রুয়ারি..." গানের সুরে মুখর আজ সমগ্র দেশ। সর্বস্তরের সাধারণ মানুষেরা শহিদ মিনারে তাদের সম্মান জ্ঞাপনার্থে পাড়ি জমাচ্ছেন। গাইছেন প্রভাতফেরি, জাতীয় পতাকা অর্ধনমিত করে আজকের দিনের তাৎপর্য ফুটিয়ে তুলছে অফিস-আদালত ও শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ। বিশ্বব্যাপী নিজ নিজ মাতৃভাষার প্রতি গভীর শ্রদ্ধাবোধ ও ভালোবাসা প্রকাশে পালিত হচ্ছে আজকের দিনটি। সেই গুটিকয়েক যুবক যারা মায়ের বুলির মর্যাদা রক্ষার্থে জীবনকে তুচ্ছ করে রাস্তায় নেমেছিলো তাদেরই ফসল আজকের আমাদের বাংলাদেশ, আমাদের বাংলা ভাষা, তারই ফসল আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস। আজকে প্রত্যেকটি দেশ ঐক্যবদ্ধ হয় নিজ নিজ মাতৃভাষার প্রতি মমত্ববোধে, জাগ্রত হয় মাতৃভাষার মর্যাদা বীরোচিত করতে, সচেতনতাবোধ সৃষ্টির পণে।

আন্তর্জাতিক মাতৃভাষা দিবস উপলক্ষে এস্ট্রোনোমিকাল এর পক্ষ থেকে জানাই বাংলা ভাষাভাষীর মানুষেরাসহ প্রত্যেকটি ভাষার প্রতি আন্তরিক ভালোবাসা ও গভীর শ্রদ্ধা। অক্ষুণ্ণ থাকুক প্রত্যেকটি ভাষার বৈচিত্র্যময়তা এবং প্রাণবন্ততা।

BRACU Mongol-Tori and AIUB Robotic Crew have attained the 9th and 11th positions, respectively, in the finals of the International Rover Challenge 2023 held at Presidency University, India.

Earlier in 2022, BRACU Mongol-Tori from BRAC University, AIUB Robotic Crew from AIUB and IUT Mars Rover from IUT made it to the finals of the competition.

We congratulate the teams for their achievement and hope even better things will come for them in the future!
