Horses have helped me overcome my fears,

They have showed me how to tame my mind hence how to tame the beast within. The one that is ruled by fear and spiral in a negative mindset. Horses, my horses have gracefully showed me to take the reins and and “NO, we are going this way I’M IN CHARGE”. That I am not selfish for making decisions based on what and where I want to go. I carry this with me, the relationship between trust and submission. To be a graceful gentle compassionate leader always knowing where I am stepping and being sure of my path. My Cowgirl era is more than riding a horse for content and contentment. I ride for freedom of self, freedom of self judgment and freedom from my fears. Now I know if I encounter a beast I can face it not be overcome by its presence. I am in charge of the beast.
