Uttar Prdesh Varanasi, the Cantt Railway Station is fully equipped to serve devotees, with (RPF, GRP, CRPF, PAC, RPSF) administration and medical facilities in place.

Railway's Civil Defense Organization's sepoy Kailash Chandra Jat and his colleagues from Northern Railway are providing service at the emergency medical room set up by Northern Railway, along with Dr. Trinetr Sharma.

Dr. Trinetr Sharma said that they have all the emergency facilities available. They provide immediate emergency treatment to patients and refer them to the hospital for further treatment if their condition worsens.

Passengers traveling on trains passing through Varanasi Cantt Railway Station junction said that they are facing difficulties due to the crowd. However, RPF and GRP personnel are helping them. They are bringing water bottles for people and helping children reunite with their families by making announcements.

GRP in-charge Hemant Singh is also taking care of devotees who faint or show symptoms of heart attack, immediately rushing them to the emergency medical room with his personnel.

26 February 2025 a significant event was held in Jalpally Municipal, where local residents invited MLA Smt. Sabitha Reddy to address the issues plaguing their area. They welcomed her with traditional honors, including 'Gulposhi' and 'Shalposhi', and brought to her attention the pressing needs of their community.
