Women don't belong in the workplace...
Women don't belong in the kitchen.
Or having babies.

They belong where the tiny voice inside them guides them to to be. They belong where they feel fulfilled and relaxed. They belong in the places where their soul whispers: "this is meant for you."

There are countless ways to live this life.
Our issue is we engage in the culture war that tells other people where they belong. When most of us aren't even connected to ourselves to actually know where we belong.
We judge and condemn the choices of others.

Because we don't feel confident or secure enough in our own choices. We tell people what's "right" based on our very limited life experience. We project that life experience onto others. Unable to break out from our fear, we think someone else's choices somehow make ours not "good" or "big" enough.

Women belong where their intuition calls them to be.

We need to raise young girls with the courage and resilience to follow that intuition even with the harsh judgement they'll inevitably face from people who cling to their opinions as truth.

We need to let go of the illusion that there is a single or best way to live. And evolve to an understanding that there are multiple truths, and multiple realities.

Our role in life is only to dictate our own reality.

Women belong where they feel loved, valued, and able to fully express themselves.
Even if no one else gets it. Or doesn't align with what their parents pictured for them. Even if the neighbors whisper about it.

May we all be free.

If someone observed my actions this week, what would they say my priorities are?

There are often two sets of priorities in life:

➖The priorities your words say you have.
➖The priorities your actions show you have.

Living life as the main character means we have a difficult time holding ourselves to the fire. If an unbiased third party were to observe you for a week, what would they say your priorities are?

Would your actions reveal alignment with your words, or a dislocation?

What are the areas and priorities where you seem to be cutting corners?

The ultimate goal is alignment of intention and action. You can achieve it—this question can help.

So, be the unbiased observer in the coming weeks:

What do your actions say about your priorities? What changes do you need to make?
