NUTELLA BLACKBERRY MARTINI

This dessert drink recipe is a dream come true for all Nutella lovers and a perfect after dinner cocktail. It combines deep flavors of chocolate, hazelnut and blackberries and is perfect for all the sweet teeth out there.

Ingredients:
15g / 1 Table Spoon Nutella
45ml / 1.5oz Gin
15ml / 0.5oz Blackberry Liqueur
15ml / 0.5oz Hazelnut Liqueur
15ml / 0.5oz Creme De Cacao (Dark)

How to:
Put all ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice first, so that Nutella can dissolve better. It also helps to warm up that chocolate cream a little bit. Now add ice and shake again. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with a blackberry and enjoy.

PLUM SPICE ELIXIR

This delicious cocktail recipe gives you all the plum flavors you need and perfectly fits the fall season. So get your shakers ready and mix up this autumn vibed drink.

Ingredients:
30 ml / 1 oz Plum Brandy
15 ml / 0.5 oz Triple Sec
15 ml / 0.5 oz Gin
15 ml / 0.5 oz Lime Juice
15 ml / 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup

How to:
Pour all ingredients into a shaker, shake with ice, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a plum slice.

CHERRY SLOEGRONI

Negroni Week is in full swing and we’ve already seen lots of delicious recipes and variations on the famous classic cocktail. As we really like cherries and they go perfectly with the flavor profile of a Negroni, we want to introduce you to another variation today.

Ingredients:
45 ml / 1.5 oz Sloe Gin
30 ml / 1 oz Campari
30 ml / 1 oz Sweet Vermouth
15 ml / 0.5 oz Unsweetened Cherry Juice

How to:
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice and stir for about 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a cherry.

NEGRONI SOUR

It’s Negroni Week - not that we’d need to tell you this since your feed is probably covered with Negronis. So instead of sharing the classic cocktail recipe, here’s an interesting and amazingly delicious variation of this famous cocktail.

Ingredients:
45 ml / 1.5 oz Gin
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Campari
30 ml / 1 oz Amaro
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
7,5 ml / 0.25 oz Orange Juice
7,5 ml / 0.25 oz Sugar Syrup
1 Fresh Egg White

How to:
Shake all ingredients for about 20 seconds without ice, now add some ice and shake again another 10 seconds. Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass of your choice, garnish with a dried orange slice and enjoy.

CHOCOLATE NEGRONI

Negroni Week is coming! So it’s time to remind you of this tasty twist on the famous classic gin cocktail that most people either love or hate - there’s not much in between.
Adding some delicious chocolate notes to the original cocktail recipe makes this drink a little less bitter and also evaluates the palate.

Ingredients:
30 ml / 1 oz Gin
30 ml / 1 oz Red Vermouth
30 ml / 1 oz Campari
15 ml / 0.5 oz Creme De Cacao
2 Dashes Chocolate Bitters

How to:
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for about 30 seconds. Strain into glass over a large ice cube, express an orange zest over the drink and garnish with a slice of chocolate and an orange zest.

THAI BASIL SMASH

This easy and simple take on the world famous Gin Basil Smash cocktail recipe is not only refreshing and delicious, but also really unique with its spicy flavor and peppery notes - perfect for serving to a Asian dish.

Ingredients:
60 ml / 2 oz (Classic) Gin
30 ml / 1 oz Lemon Juice
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
Handful Thai Basil Leaves

Muddle Thai basil leaves together with lemon juice and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add gin, shake with ice and fine strain into a tumbler over a large ice cube. Garnish with some thai basil leaves and enjoy.

BLUE WATER LILY

This blue cocktail doesn’t only look amazing, but also tastes delicious - especially if you like some floral components in your drink. And of course it’s a perfect sip you can serve as a summer refresher.

Ingredients:
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Gin
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Creme De Violette
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Blue Curaçao (Liqueur)
22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Shake everything with ice, fine strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon zest.

Happy new year to all of you! We hope you had a great start into 2024! No, we don’t begin this year with a „Dry January“, instead we’d like to present you a delicious and easy cocktail recipe.

• 45 ml / 1.5 oz Casked Gin
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz Amaro
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz Ginger Liqueur
• 22,5 ml / 0.75 oz Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lemon zest.

FRENCH BLACKBERRY 75 🍸

Here’s an easy and delicious cocktail recipe to celebrate New Year’s Eve! This drink is a tasty twist on the classic French 75 recipe and a great sip to welcome 2024. So if you’re into gin, champagne and blackberries, it’s a must try.

• 30 ml / 1 oz Gin
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz Blackberry Liqueur
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
• 60 ml / 2 oz Champagne

Shake everything except Champagne with ice for about 10 seconds and strain into a champagne glass. Top with Champagne and serve with some blackberries and sparklers.

WINTER MANDARIN 🍸

So it’s finally Christmas and time for family and friends. Not much talk here, so we’ll leave you with this cocktail recipe in case you’re in the need of a last minute Christmas drink. It’s one of our most favorite winter drinks and a perfect fit to the festive season and you can bet we’re gonna have a couple ones of these today.

• 6 Mandarin Slices
• 60 ml / 2 oz Gin
• 30 ml / 1 oz Lemon Juice
• 15 ml / 0.5 oz Orgeat
• Egg White / Vegan Alternative

Muddle mandarin slices in a shaker, add other ingredients, shake without ice for about 20 seconds and shake again with ice for another 10 seconds. Fine strain into glass over a large ice cube and garnish with some mandarin slices.

MULLED GIN 🍸

Most of you are probably familiar with mulled wine - but did you hear about mulled gin already? This winter drink recipe is a common serve at Christmas markets here in Germany and in our opinion a perfect festive alternative to mulled wine.

• 45 ml / 1.5 oz Gin
• 30 ml / 1.5 oz Cherry Juice
• 30 ml / 1.5 oz Cranberry Juice
• 30 ml / 1.5 oz Apple Juice
• 30 ml / 1 oz Orange Juice
• 1 Teabag Of Mulled Spices
• 1 Cinnamon Stick
• 1 Orange Slice
• 1 Star Anise

Heat up all ingredients except gin. You can use a pot if you like - we used a tea stove. Remove the teabag with mulled spices after 5 minutes and add gin. Stir gently, garnish with an orange slice and enjoy while it’s still hot.

HOLLY JOLLY 🍸

Clementines are the perfect citrus fruits for drinks during winter and holiday season. They pair nicely in many festive cocktail recipes. So in case you’re as much into clementines as we are, give this quick and easy drink a try.

• 30 ml / 1 oz Gin
• 30 ml / 1 oz Gin Liqueur (Clementine)
• 60 ml / 2 oz Clementine Juice
• 45 ml / 1.5 oz Ginger Beer

Strain all ingredients except ginger beer for about 15 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice and garnish with some pomegranate seeds and thyme.
