Frank Shoemake my Great Grandpa, Army Air Corps Veteran. I remember him today for his sacrifice for our country. Grandpa Shoemake was a kind man, loved his wife my Great Grandmother Virginia and all of us kids. He fought in WW2, survived D Day and came home to serve our community as a Fireman. He has since passed, but I always try to keep his legacy and sacrifice alive on Memorial Day. Till we meet again Grandpa, may you rest in peace. "All gave some, Some gave all."
