One of the challenges is getting up at 4:45AM everyday. The purpose for this is to build discipline in being uncomfortable. Nothing feels easier than hitting a snooze button and sleeping for an extra hour.

I use my wake up time to utilize my time in the morning around getting 2 miles in before work with the dog, drinking lots of water, getting my lifting in, and reading.

The dog is truly tired of it after 3 days but even he has to be comfortable with the uncomfortable 😂 I figure Love Hate Love by alice in chains is a perfect example of how I feel about getting out of my comfortable bed first thing in the morning.

In honor of the Co Main event I gotta share what is one of the best I have seen. The Apex although not a place for big name fights now that covid is over it really emphasizes the violence these guys displayed! Cannot wait for Saturday and our UFC 299 predictions live stream!

UFC 299 is officially kicking off fight week, with one of the more stacked cards on the year and of the past year we are sure to get nothing but fireworks. last nights fight night brought plenty of violence with a candidate of knock out of the year. Dawgs are shining at NFL Combine
