The cans and can't on how to achieve person goals
Everyday we think about different goals and challenges in our lives. For example, my recent goal was to earn my Nasm Certification as a Corrective Excersize Specialist.
The first time I took this exam I failed. In the beginning it was discouraging.
The can't for me was not to let it bring me down and don't stop keep studying.
The Cans for me was I can pass this exam and how I can make this happen I need to be more self discipline, lazer focus, keep practice, stay calm, and get plenty of rest.
After doing all those techniques on my 2nd attempt I passed and I'm now a proud certified CES.
