Yup, with the 15 years of experience working as a IT/Technical Support, I will now be providing tech support services for remote software troubleshooting as this was requested by my friends whom became frequent clients/customers. Will also be providing computer parts and android / smartphone consultations. Software troubleshooting consist of the ff:

-Removal of the following: Malware, Adware, Spy

ware, Trojan, Virus, Rootkits and some Ransomware that are still fixable without needing to reformat.

-Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office troubleshooting services.
-Troubleshooting Printers, Scanners, All-in-ones, System Devices or POS and Imaging Devices. (Take note that if it is not possible to remote into the device, I will walk you through troubleshooting)

2nd son is 9 yo. We usually play Valorant, CSGO, Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, GTA V, NBA2k20 or Epic Games Spellbreak (magic gauntlet etc battle royale game). But most of the times solo gameplay of myself (Booterbotter), Genshin Impact, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint, Monster Hunter World Iceborne, sometimes Gamezbd.net Black Desert Online (quit might might comeback from time to time) and SFV. Also play some retro arcade games or some good fighting games though mostly newbie gaming no more practice :p.
