The ship Voyager is back at Port Canaveral just now and appears to be carrying a very rocket-shaped looking part on the deck following some time spent offshore Cape Canaveral over the last few days

Looks like the former Space Perspective ship indeed recovered some of ULA's Vulcan components from the sea floor.

An educated guess from spotting a remotely operated underwater vehicle on the deck and Voyager's owner/operater Guice Offshore recovered the Vulcan SRB's last time too with the GO America ship. Voyager followed a similar pattern as the GO America, of a quick trip into Port Canaveral and docking at a Space Force wharf.
