Because it’s International Women’s Day, we wanted to highlight the articles in this Against The Current that speak to women’s experiences. There’s the article called Spanish Civil War: Women As International Organizers by Kathleen Brown, which looks back on women’s roles in the Spanish Civil War. Next, Ali Shehzad Zaidi writes about Kshwar Naheed: Pakistan’s Eminient Feminist Poet. Then, Frann Michel shares experiences about the Madness of Maternal Life.
