This is my dedication for the 54th UAE National Day.

”Where Color Becomes Home“
A moon jar interpreted through UAE colors, reimagining belonging through gesture and material.

Shaped by two decades of life in the UAE, this work carries the UAE flag colors through a contemporary adaptation of Buncheong brushing, translating the country’s rhythm into a Korean ceramic form.

What started as structure evolved into a dialogue between system and intuition — where control shifts into rhythm, and variance becomes transformation.

Based on a mold-cutting system I learned from Simon Zsolt Jozsef, later developed into my own system of variance and intervention.
