Last Friday it was finally time for Hard Trance Alliance! I was looking forward to it for a few months and now it was finally happening. 😍

I was very exited to play something different from what I usually play, even if the music has many similarities. I had to buy many records and kept changing my tracklist till the day before the party (as usual 😂). I also had some bad luck with (favorite🥺) records being lost or in bad shape.. But after all I was happy with how it turned out.

My set went really well and I was happy to see people dancing to it. 🥰 The vibes were great and I enjoyed the music all night long! It's been a while since I enjoyed a party myself this much. It couldn't have been any better - I still get goosebumps thinking about it. 😍🙏

I really hope this is the beginning of a new movement because this music deserves to be played much more at parties! 💜

For the people who weren't there or want to relive the moment: I will drop my set tomorrow! 💫

After considering it for a while now, I've decided to take a break from my gigs after Freak Nation (except for 1 later this year). I feel like I really need some time to focus on other important things in life. Also I would like to focus on music that I never get to play at parties.

In my spare time I listen to a lot of hard trance, breakbeat and (happy) rave stuff. I just want some time to focus more on those styles since I love them so much, but never feel comfortable enough to play it at parties. I hope that, by uploading some mixes, I might get some bookings for these styles as well. 🙏

There will be one party where I can play one of these styles and this will be my only gig for the rest of the year. I hope to get some inspiration from this break with a fresh start and lots of new ideas. 💜✨
