Susanna Wolfe is the Mother Hen of the Highlands Songwriting Scene, RAWK goddess, vocal coach and Singer Songwriter, haling from Meath Ireland via heady days fronting RAWK bands on the Manchester scene, before moving to the Highlands to raise a family.

Susanna has never lost her passion for music.

She has collaborated extensively with The Dainties Martin Stephenson, providing backing vocals for his recordings and touring with the band across the UK and Ireland.

I caught up with her at Pat Dennis's 'End Of Summer Party' at the Uilebheist Distillery, we talk about her good cop bad cop partnership with Pat, get two songs live, look forward to her next release and preview another busy week supporting the scene she has done so much to create.

PaleMoon grew under the influence of the late Johnny Fats 'Caithness Hendrix' and Isaac's dad. Johnny Fats lived in a light house (true story ) full of antique guitars, recording equipment and hydroponics, he serviced the Northland's with Blues Music and Skunk w**d both equally well received; the latter not so by the authorities alas; Isaac ( and Lyle for that matter ) musical journey started in that melue mêlée as did much of the current golden generation of Thurso musical magicians. Fats was the Gandalf to their Hobbitry - PaleMoon just one resulting Fellowship. I could go on, there is a Dunnet Head trilogy waiting for an author (we all have stories to contribute) PaleMoon is keeping the light trimmed and burning brightly. 🚨

Enjoy folks - track 2 is a Fats classic.

iMtv - international Moose TV 🫎 'High Noon' today features two of the worlds finest players and Isaac & Lyle are from Caithness - 100 mile further north from here in Inverness, you may ask with a population of only 25,00 how can two of them be quite this talented?

Both now relocated south, both busier than flea's on a griddle with other projects. PaleMoon is their musical home and as is evident thier happy place.

This last weekend saw them make time and macke the most of being available at the same time, with four electrifying gigs in three days, including this sweet unplugged show for Pat Dennis's 'End Of Summer Party At Uile Bheist'

I'll be featuring more from this blister set and perhaps throw more light on this Northlands phenomena tomorrow on I 🫎 tv (stay tuned) www.youtube.com/robellen click live tab subscribe and get notified.

Meanwhile sit back and enjoy this luscious version of Little Feats Willin'

If you did you'll know someone else that will too please share.

The music at Uilebheist Distillery and Brewery Inverness is collated by and features Inverness's resident Ameri-'can' 😎 Pat Dennis all year round.

The Uilebheist Distillery & Brewery end of Summer Party. I'll be dropping in and out all day guerilla style. With particular interest on Pale Moon's acoustic set at 2.30, I hope to get a word with The dynamic duo Isaac Sutherland and Wild Lyle Watt

Pat Dennis and friends put a cap on a sun fill summer of music in the Garden at Ness Bank Inverness with a striking event featuring many of the acts that have played here regularly for the last three years.

The popular Saturday sessions then move back into the Tap Room until spring next year.

18 of the Breweries favourite artists join Pat in the beer garden from 2-8pm this Saturday (September 13th). I 🫎 tv will be there.

Born from front man songwriter Ali Dooner's lifetime fascination/obsession with the dark under belly of Country Music.

Inverness's Wounded Moose are Hank Williams pain killers prescription, Merle Haggards parole papers, George Jones, liquor store list, Kris Kristofferson cleanest dirty shirt and Wi***es biggest doobie, passed around some of Highland Musics busiest and most talented work-man musicians until their love of country music beats true to the soul 💖 (wndrfl) .

Here they are on The Kicking Country Stage at the first Northern Star Country Music Festival.
