Sometimes you’ve got to step back and just take it all in. 🌿

I’m spending a week here in Bali with a beautiful companion, and it’s been the perfect reminder of why I value the freedom this online business gives me. No stress, no rush just balance🙌

Even when you’re building the life you’ve always dreamed of, it’s important to slow down and enjoy what’s there right in front of you.

As dads, we can easily get caught up trying to provide and push forward.

But moments like this remind me why I started.
To be more present.
To have more time.
To live life on my terms. 💙

Can I be really honest with you for a moment?

Most people never really go after what they truly want out of life, not because they can’t, but because they’ve been listening and following advice from people who’ve never done it.🙀

The truth is ,

Your family and mates all mean well.
They 100% care about you.
They just want you to be safe.

But love and knowledge aren’t the same thing.

They’ll tell you to be realistic.
To play it safe.
To stick with what you know.

But then before you know it… you’ve spent years doing the same thing , feeling stuck in the same routine, still wishing things were different. 🫤

The way I see it is ,
You can take advice from people who’ve built the life you want,
or from people who’ve settled for the one they’ve got, and are just getting on with it.

Their fear /regret doesn’t have to become your future too! 🙌

I’ve sat in rooms with people actually doing what they want , going for their goals,building freedom, time, and it opened my eyes to what’s possible when you listen and learn from the right people.👍

When it’s been that kind of Monday! 🤦‍♂️

First thing this after arriving at work this morning, I bent down to pick something up… RIP! 💨
Trousers split right down the backside seam.
I knew it was going to be one of those days 😂

But Mondays usually have a way of testing us, one way or another don’t they?
You can either get on with things, laugh about it if you need to ,or let it ruin your day.

Truth is, as much as I detest working for someone else ,I’m grateful to have a job that keeps things ticking over, it pays the bills, keeps food on the table, and most importantly… it’s funding my exit plan.

Because as funny as days like this can be, I don’t fancy spending the rest of my life waiting for Fridays or wardrobe malfunctions to keep things interesting🤣

Here’s to the graft that keeps me going and to building some thing of my own that gets us out of it 👊

We’d been trying to get a picture of this butterfly all afternoon… and then it just landed right beside us. 🦋
It helped me realise that sometimes the best things in life show up when you finally stop chasing them!

Whether it’s a quiet moment like this, more time with your kids, or even the right opportunity… it usually appears when you’re ready to see it.

A couple of years ago, I was constantly chasing time, now moments like this are part of what I get to call work-life balance.
And it all started with one small decision to do something different online.

✨ Sometimes slowing down is what actually moves you forward.

What started as a simple step into affiliate marketing quickly became so much more. 🙌

This business model isn’t just about self-development, earning online, or chasing your dreams, it’s about connecting with real people who share the same goals, values, and drive for freedom.

While working down near London this week, I got to meet up with one of my fellow online business partners, Jean Claude ,
who’s become a great friend and ally within our online community. 🧑‍🤝‍🧑

What started as two people learning affiliate marketing has turned into a solid friendship.
That’s the part of this journey that doesn’t get talked about enough…

The friendships, community, and growth that come with this lifestyle are truly priceless.
I came into this for more time freedom but I’ve gained so much more than that.

What if weekends weren’t the only time you felt free❓

Last weekend, me and my boy were out along the coast line, on our bikes at Redcar.
The weather wasn’t perfect, but the time together made it worth every second.👍

It’s moments like these that remind me why I’m building something different, a business in the online space that gives me the freedom to spend every school holiday with him, not just the odd weekend.

Because what’s the point of working hard if you never get to enjoy time with the people you’re doing it for?

Some paths look easier, but the ones that test you often lead to the best views. 👀

This climb wasn’t just about reaching the top, it was about proving to myself that I’m walking the right path, for both of us.

I spent years following someone else’s route, doing what I thought I was “supposed” to do.
Now, every step reminds me why I changed direction, to build something that gives us more and a future I can be proud of 🙌

Because the path might be steep, but it will be finally ours 👍
