ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | Kristen Savoy

Kristen brings both structure and expressiveness into her practice. Working in acrylic on wood, she builds intricate, luminous mandalas that echo cultural traditions and natural rhythms, while remaining deeply personal and emotionally resonant.

Her Global Series explores the essence of place and culture, from the golden steppes of Kazakhstan to the ornate beauty of Turkey, they pulse with elemental energy and the collective heartbeat of community.

Every piece is painted from scratch, each dot and line a meditation, each layer a rhythm. Through her mandalas, Kristen offers more than visual beauty, she creates portals of calm and transformation ✨❤️

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | Magali Feuga

Magali Feuga is a French–Australian visual artist based on the Sunshine Coast. Growing up aboard her parents’ sailboat, her artistic journey began at sea, nurtured by her father’s encouragement and later refined through studies in Nice in the late 90s. Two decades of nomadic travel further shaped her curiosity and creative voice before she settled in Australia in 2018 to fully devote herself to art.

Her sculptures are crafted from raw, sustainable materials such as cardboard, paper, and natural fibres, combining tactile intimacy with bold visual presence. Each form carries a sense of heritage and humanity, drawing connections between identity, culture, and nature. These sculptures invite touch as much as sight, becoming poetic reflections of the shared human experience.

Her art seeks to connect, visually striking yet deeply personal, bringing people into a shared space where intimacy, heritage, and creative freedom converge.

Follow and like to celebrate art that bridges heritage, humanity, and nature.❤️

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | Justin Emord

Justin is a Los Angeles native with a sharp eye for capturing the essence of both the natural and built world. Inspired by photography great Ansel Adams, his work channels the same reverence for light, form, and atmosphere. Whether it’s a sweeping night sky, a raw landscape, or the bold lines of modern architecture.

What began as a simple fascination during a trip to Japan in 2018 deepened through the solitude of the pandemic, where nature became both subject and refuge. Since then, his artistry has expanded to include concert photography and architectural studies, balancing emotion with precision, movement with stillness.

With multiple first-place awards now under his belt, Justin continues to refine his craft daily, chasing beauty across horizons and skylines. His work is a reminder of the awe we find when we truly look.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | S.W Dinge

S.W. Dinge is a Providence-based painter whose work sits at the intersection of color, text, and poetry. Known for his 17 Syllables series, he transforms traditional haiku into bold block-painted compositions, hiding words within grids of letters and color. Each piece is part puzzle, part poem, and part abstract painting, inviting viewers to slow down, look closer, and discover meaning hidden in plain sight.

Influenced by vintage signage and printmaking, his practice balances restraint and spontaneity. The result is a language of its own, shifting between calm and raw urgency, playful yet confrontational.

Whether emblazoning titles across canvases or camouflaging text in coded color, Dinge blurs the line between reading and seeing. His work turns language into landscape, where words don’t just tell a story, they become the art itself.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | Simon Peter Sai

In the hands of Ugandan artist Simon Peter Sai, discarded electronics are more than waste, they’re a medium for storytelling. These striking portraits, built from circuit boards, CD fragments, remote controls, keyboards, and printer parts, are examples of his signature e-waste mosaics. Each piece is meticulously assembled, layering shape, texture, and reflective light to breathe new life into what others throw away.

Sai’s art merges environmental advocacy with cultural tribute. By reimagining the faces of global icons through salvaged technology, he prompts viewers to see value in the overlooked and to question our relationship with consumption and waste. The shimmer of CDs suggests both nostalgia and the fleeting nature of tech, while the green circuitry and jagged white plastic create contour and expression with remarkable precision.

Working from Gulu, Northern Uganda, Sai leads Sai ARTs Gulu, a movement dedicated to “turning trash into treasure” and inspiring sustainable creativity in his community. His work is a vivid reminder that beauty, innovation, and meaning can be found in the most unexpected places, even in yesterday’s broken devices.

ARTIST SPOTLIGHT | Jonathan Bolton

Jonathan’s drawings balance meticulous mark-making with bold disruptions, creating a striking tension between figure and ground. Working primarily in pencil and pastel, he captures subjects from everyday life and translates them into layered, atmospheric compositions.

His works invite you to linger, noticing the subtle shifts in light, tone and texture that transform a form from familiar to uncanny. Shadows dissolve into space, lines fade into absence, and bodies emerge as both present and elusive.

With the simplest tools such as a pencil, a mark, and an erasure, Bolton explores the fragility of perception, revealing how meaning can shift with the smallest adjustment. Each piece feels both intimate and vast, grounded in observation yet open to ambiguity.
