On today's episode I speak with professional soccer player and coach, Connor MacMillan. Connor detailed his journey of playing both regionally and abroad. We also found time to discuss the problems that have plagued soccer in Canada for years. We then turned our focus to some of the ways we can change that trend for the better and produce more pro players in this country.

Enjoy!

On today's episode I chat with punk rock legend, journalist and acclaimed author John Auber Armstrong. John details his place as a pioneer of the Vancouver punk scene during the 1970s and 80s. Whether its partying with the Clash, hanging backstage with Patti Smith and the Ramones, sleeping in unlocked cars or getting beaten with a tire iron, John has somehow lived to tell these amazing stories. A natural storyteller, I hope you all enjoy John as much as I did!
