The Warlick Family YMCA Trio Lifting Challenge is happening this week! 💪 Have you dropped in yet? Come show your strength any time from 5:30 am to 7:00 pm through July 19th.

Three attempts per lift, verified by our fitness experts. Join the 200-500 lbs. club (ladies) or the 700-1000 lbs. club (gentlemen).

It’s free to join, and challenge t-shirts are available for $7 for YMCA members and $10 for non-members.
