I haven't done a post like this since I was about 25. And I did them a LOT. But, because this was so bl00dy delicious and took 3 minutes to put together, have the 'recipe':

* 1 half of a scotch egg, home made (not by me).. from
* Kimch by (the BEST)
* Sauerkraut by
* Gem lettuce
* cucumber
* On the vine tomatoes
* Grated cheddar
* Crispy onions
* Chiu Chow Chilli oil
* Garlic mayo sauce
* Fresh basil
* Fresh coriander
