I did a basic look, then pushed it in the direction inspired by the client.

In the picture it is colder than what was intended to be

So I transferred to warmer colors

The straw was darkened to separate it from the main subject

👉 In the last post, Leonardo was scared and uneasy with the menace of the afterlife in the corner.

👉 In this one, the actors are calm, patient, coated with a devilish calming red all around them.

An ugly, stressed Leonardo DiCaprio.

➡️ How do you color that?

With a swaggy blue, a grandpa brown and a divine hallow of light reaching out to express a possible transfer to heaven.

➡️ Some of improvements :

➡️ The lyrics and the scenario made me feel a strong connection between the singer and the dogs. To reflect that, I matched the color of the dog's harness with the talent dress.

➡️ Shot matching of the snow.

➡️ exposition reduction of any secondary elements, like the dog trainer

➡️ Some of the improvement :

👉🏼 The shoot was made on different days, I had to color-match the clothes.

👉🏼 The primary source of light was behind the talent (the sun). So the skin was shifted a bit to give it more life.

👉🏼 I had to compromise the color of the leg. A complete "let's make it look like summer leg" wasn't possible in the timeframe, and it wasn't the priority. So I made a slight color shift and raised the exposition.

👉🏼 Lastly, a focus window was necessary to center the viewer's attention on the talent.

We've got the same blue as Ludwig in the last two posts for the costumes, with the red lips in bonus. The almost white hair coupled with light skin gives an astonishing contrast with the lips of Ruby O. Fee.
