🎅🏻Celebrate Christmas with Pontypridd Town Council 🎄

Join us in Pontypridd town centre on Saturday 26th November for a day of free festive family fun.

There's an outdoor cinema, market stalls, children’s entertainment, fairground rides, reindeer, music and entertainment from GTFM plus a very special festive guest will be switching on Pontypridd's Christmas lights.

Ponty's Christmas Cracker!

2pm - Fairground rides and market stalls open on Taff Street

2pm - 6pm - Children's entertainment & Music and chat from GTFM on the main stage on Taff Street

3.30pm - 'Arthur Christmas' screening at the outdoor cinema on Mill Street

6pm - Christmas lights switch on

Join us 11am 9 July at Ynysangharad Park for the first of our Key Worker Community Thank You Events! 🎉

This is a community event open to EVERYONE

We’ll be granting the Freedom of the Borough to ALL Key Workers, followed by family entertainment incl:
🤡 FREE circus skills, petting farm, parkour
🎡 £1 funfair rides, inflatables, mini golf & segway rides

Please make sure young ones are protected from the sun, stay hydrated and don’t forget the sun cream! 💧

Pontypridd Town Council's Summer Fun Day - Saturday August 27th

A variety of activities and entertainment are lined up for Pontypridd Town Council’s Summer Fun Day which will take place in Ynysangharad War Memorial Park on Saturday, August 27th.

A funfair, arena acts, a music stage, food stalls and much more will be on offer. The Town Council’s popular vintage transport rally will also return, with a parade of vintage vehicles though the town centre and an exhibition in the park.

Pontypridd Town Council Chief Executive and Town Clerk, Tony Graham said:
‘This year’s Summer Fun Day is going to be our biggest yet. After a difficult two years for Pontypridd we want to bring everyone together for a day to celebrate our community and most of all to have fun!

We’re delighted to welcome back the vintage transport rally, a hugely popular Summer fixture in Pontypridd; along with musical acts, sporting activities a funfair and lots more. We’re looking forward to seeing everyone in August.’

Tuesday 31st May half term fun - We are excited to be part of this celebration in half term. Children can make their own crown ready for their Jubilee Parties totally FREE just collect your token from the community pop up on market street, and call up for some crafting fun.
