When I came to Japan not only its greenery and eye catching beauty awe struck my eyes but there were even sometimes when I looked in the sky and found it pink. I wondered how can sky be so much colourful instead of constantly being blue or white.

I visited a book store and cafe today in Fukuyama
It was a quiet place with a wide variety of books, stationary, goodies etc.Ghere was a separate room for smoking as well. Many people were sitting alone, studying, reading. Some were alone and some in pairs.I really felt sad as all books were in Japanese. There was no English book.Overall it was a good experience as we drank coffee which was ok.

دو باتیں ایسی ہیں جن میں اگر مومن بندہ پھنس جائے تو وہ اس کو مایوسی کی طرف دھکیل دیتی ہیں
1 ۔ خوف ( مستقبل کا)
2. غم و پریشانی ( ماضی کا)

اور یہی وہ دو ہتھیار ہیں شیطان کے جنہیں وہ بندہ مومن کے خلاف استعمال کرتا ہے کیونکہ وہ اسے حوفزدہ اور غمزدہ دیکھ کر خوش
ہوتا ہے اور یہ اس لئے کی ایسا شخص پروڈکٹو نہیں رہ پارہا ہوتا
اور یہی شیطان چاہتا ہے کہ مومن دین و دنیا دونوں سے جائے

لہذا اگر آپ ایسے کسی خذبے. کا شکار ہیں تو اللہ تعالیٰ سے مدد مانگیں، نماز،اذکار اور تلاوت قرآن کے ذریعے، اور اپنے پیارے رب پر پورا مان لورا یقین رکھیئے،
ماضی کی کسے پریشانی یا غم کو خود پر طاری نہ ہونے دیجئے ماضی کا غم انسان کو ڈپریشن اور گلٹ میں ڈالتا ہے اسلیے گلٹ فری کر لیجیئے اللہ کی بے تحاشا رحمت اس کی محبت اور.مغفرت پر مورا یقین ہونا چاہئے آپکو
مستقبل کا خوف ااینزائٹیی دیتا یے،اس میں بھی وہی رب کی بہترین تدبیر پر مکلمل یقین ہو کہ اللہ قادر ہے پر امید رہیے

اللہ تعالیٰ فرماتے ہیں
آگاہ رہو جو اللہ کے دوست اللہ کے ولی ہیں وہ نہ خوفزدہ ہوتے ہیں نہ ہی عمزدہ ہوتے ہیں اور وہاس پر مکمل ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور اسی سے ڈرتے ہیں "
