On 06 September 2022 on the occasion of Teacher's Day, I got rewarded with The Best Teacher Year Award 2022 by _Adminstrative Council Fayaz - KPS International School Kupwara, branch of Kupwara Public School {KPS} Kupwara by hands of Honorable Chairman Fayaz-KPS International School Kupwara, Mr. Javid Ah Lone.

Alhamdulillah,

Thanks to those who worked/helped me in the background like teachers (Who taught me particularly at Primary and Middle school) colleagues, Administrative council particularly Principal F-KPS International School Kupwara Mr. Ali Mohammad Khan Sir & Vice-Principal Mr. Pirzada Asif Iqbal Shah, & even my beloved students to become a good and a real teacher.

Here I want to say that it is impossible to explain in words that how difficult is to teach in education profession particularly at Primary and Middle levels, to make the topic interesting, interactive, meaningful, etc for a teacher to attract student's mind towards the topic and teacher. Controlling the students forcefully in the classroom and teaching them in a silent mode is not a meaningful teaching, but to make the topics lovely, interesting and interactive so that the students may divert their mind towards the teacher automatically is really a TEACHING.

As a teacher, I share my experience with you that I made myself ready lesson wise than topic wise, then teaching in an interactive mode and then giving the full freedom to students to share their relevant & even irrelevant thoughts, ideas, etc just in hope that they may be able atleast to speak with freely and express, that my help a teacher to open the mind of a student. In a classroom, three types of mind levels are considered- viz: Above Average, Average and Below Average broadly. To reach the topic upto the mind level of third category students is a very difficult task at primary level of education. Here, a teacher becomes actual Teacher and at the above levels, makes an experienced teacher.
