I never thought I would ever lose weight, and right now I’m only a few pounds away from achieving a goal I have spent years trying to accomplish.
I can’t believe I’ve lost 45 pounds.
At first, I didn’t think this would work for me. I'd accepted that I would always be a bigger lady and stopped the harmful yo-yo diets a few years ago, in a way I gave up. I've been carrying around this extra weight since my late teens, early 20’s, this weight isn’t from my pregnancies.
Four days in, I woke up and my body didn’t hurt. I thought I was just getting older, but turns out, it was what I was eating. Everyday I get up and I don’t have to “walk it off”, or struggle to breathe as I climb the steep stairs at work. I haven’t been this small since High School, & this feels like a miracle to me.
I can go on and on about the improvements in my health, appearance, and general wellbeing, but I want to tell you about the best part, my coach. Shannon keeps me accountable, walks me through my struggles, and is my biggest cheerleader, besides my momma and family. Having a coach is a gamechanger, y’all. It was the missing piece and why nothing else worked for me. Someone who knows the struggle of being overweight, and the struggle of losing weight, the human connection. Now I want the chance to pay it forward and help those who have given up like I did, or just want to feel better getting out of bed in the morning.
A huge shout out to my family for their support, and my dear Coach .health_coach_stowe I am so grateful she sat me down all those months ago and introduced me to this life changing program.
