Nagsimula lang na mag prepare para sa outing, natulong ako hanggang sa magtipon tipon para makaalis, pero ako pala yung hndi pa ready umalis kasi may nakalimutan pa bumalik ako kung saan may nakalimutan pero tumigil lng ako sa harap ng building habang nakatingin dito. Habang may sumunod pala sakin at parehas kaming nakatingin sa building.

It's been a month now.

Today I watched Liza’s new video, and it really spoke to me. She shared about carrying a painful past, one she never asked for, but still bravely chose to tell. Not for sympathy, but to finally feel free.

It reminded me that no matter how much we want to, we can never change what already happened. What we can do is decide how our story continues. Healing, I realize, isn’t about forgetting. It’s about learning to live with our scars and still moving forward.

Courage doesn’t always mean fighting. Sometimes, it simply means standing in your truth and saying, this is who I am, and I’m choosing to grow from here.
