Week 1: Base condition in the books ✔️ Next week we move into our Threshold building. The goal is to increase run speed under fatigue and improve station transitions.
I’ve set a pretty hefty goal trying to complete my first solo Hyrox race in sub 1h 10mins. With 5 weeks of hard training to go we’ll see how close we can get to that goal!
I think some key things we need to work on is sleep/recovery and nutrition! But we’re dialled for this race 🫡
