Continue to speak out for the demilitarization of Hawaii. The FEIS is under review for US Army bases across Oahu & will require a public BLNR hearing in the next 30 days. We must cancel all of the 2029 expiring military leases.

The Hawaiian Kingdom received the recognition of its independence and sovereignty by joint proclamation from the United Kingdom and France on November 28, 1843, and by the United States of America on July 6, 1844.

Treaties that continue to be violated to this day. Hawaii will regain its independence & celebrate a new Lā Kūʻokoʻa 🌱

Come march in support of striking workers at the Hilton Village on Saturday, Nov 2 through Waikiki. Stand with our workers & against greedy corporations who continue to extract wealth off Hawaii’s shores & refuse to pay those who run the hotel a living wage. 1 job should be enough.

FEMA said last week it faces a nearly $9 billion shortfall for Hurricane Helene recovery efforts.

On the same day, Israel announced a $8.7 billion weapons package from the US.

Our tax dollars are funding Israeli war crimes instead of the investments we desperately need here.
