The account-deletion feature is now live: everyone can delete their own registered account from the profile center. When merging two linked accounts, if both are registered you must delete one registration before merging. If you purchase a new account and want it bound to your email, ask the seller to delete its registration; if unreachable, a server manager or king/ alliance admins Fanshou, nini or Bro Long can force-delete it. Blacklist & recruiting enemies reminder: whoever recruits is responsible—if your recruit betrays again you must pursue them permanently. The alliance blacklist applies to all members, managers and servers and is the last-resort disciplinary tool. A player is added only for irreparable misconduct, severe disruption or formal designation as a vile enemy. Entries undergo strict review and record identity, date, reason and operator, visible to all for transparency. On sighting a blacklisted enemy, the alliance responds as one; the lister must lead the hunt, others must assist, and the enemy is barred from every alliance server or team. Because blacklisting consumes resources and can spark disputes, decisions must weigh costs and benefits. Account trades & delisting: ① Off-market trades are never recognized; delisting is impossible unless a region manager or emperor guarantees a 100 % legitimate deal. ② NFT-market trades require endorsement by a server king or purchase by the player themself at LV 7+ (no multi-accounting); after approval the blacklist can be lifted, but renames remain tracked. ③ LV 9+ players changing to a new account are automatically accepted and may be delisted, still with no multi-accounting. These rules prevent reckless blacklisting by tying each action to resource cost and personal responsibility. With transparent info, clear duties and unified pursuit, we cut risk and loss, strengthen cohesion and ex*****on, and safeguard every member’s rights.

This update adds four new medals—“June Crusade,” “Ten Emperors Coronation,” “May Crusade,” and “Imperial Triumph”—which have already been awarded to the relevant alliance members. They commemorate the June Castle War, MIR4’s achievement of holding all ten emperor thrones, the May Castle War, and the defeat of FF that secured every emperor except in EU. We again stress the purpose of the blacklist: it applies to all alliance members and servers. A player is added only when they have irreversibly harmed the game environment, become permanently hostile, or are formally recognized as an enemy—use it with caution. Blacklist entries (identity, date, reason, and the person who blacklisted) are visible to everyone. The rule is “whoever blacklists must pursue”; the alliance will support and other members must assist upon request. All alliance servers and teams are strictly closed to blacklisted players. Account-trade and delisting rules: non-market trades are never recognized, and the blacklist cannot be lifted; only region managers or emperors may make an exception if they guarantee a 100 % legitimate trade. NFT-market trades require endorsement by the server king or the player themself if they are LV 7+, with no multi-accounting; after approval the blacklist may be lifted, but the name will still be tracked.
