To avoid misunderstandings regarding the ownership of BW12 server, I would like to make an official clarification here.

Before the launch of the new servers, I made several public announcements (including posts on Facebook), asking any alliance teams interested in joining a new server to contact me in advance. This was to ensure fair distribution and to avoid internal conflicts.

If TED team had contacted me at that time, I would have had no hesitation in assigning the new server to TED.

After BW12 launched, the first to contact me was Ggadot, who informed me that their team had already settled there and wanted control. To prevent conflicts within the alliance, I immediately announced that BW12 would belong to Ggadot’s team with full alliance support.

Two days later, Aona reached out, saying their team had also joined BW12 and wanted to compete fairly with Ggadot. Considering that he represented TED team, and given TED’s strength and contributions within the alliance, I agreed to allow fair competition in BW12 (if it had been any other team, I would not have changed the decision already announced two days earlier). The team that did not succeed in BW12 will instead receive BW11 with alliance support.

Response to the three screenshots

First screenshot: From one of the most dishonest players in the game, who has long spread false statements. I usually ignore his comments on Facebook.

Second and third screenshots: Contain insults against TED. I have asked Ggadot to verify if these are from members of their clan. If confirmed, they must be removed from the alliance immediately. Such people are not welcome in our alliance.

Alliance composition: As the alliance grows, more than 80% of players in the game have joined HOF clans. We cannot guarantee that every individual has good character; inevitably, some bad actors will slip in. But we will continue to detect and remove them. Please remember:

Ordinary players in the game do not represent HOF;

Only the actions and words of Kings or server managers can represent HOF.

公告:关于服务器战争状态的说明

功勋来源
玩家功勋主要来自于参与处于战争状态服务器的战斗,具体细则可在 FAQ 中查阅。

系统判定机制
服务器是否进入战争状态完全由系统自动判定,计算规则同样可在 FAQ 中查看。

特殊设置说明
为解决支援部队在击溃敌人后无法获得应得功勋的问题,我们目前设有特殊机制:

可以将和平服务器临时设为战争状态;

也可以将战争服务器临时设为和平状态。

手动设置的原则
由于此机制可能被滥用,手动添加战争状态必须严格遵循以下规则:

支援军队必须由 龙哥 或 反手 确认抵达战场,并因此导致原有战争状态消失时,才能进行手动调整;

禁止未经联盟统一调配而前往敌人本就薄弱或无人防守的服务器,从而造成服务器状态错误地从“战争”变为“和平”,或在原本和平的服务器上制造“战争”状态。

Announcement: Server War Status Explanation

Merit Source
Player merit mainly comes from participating in battles on servers under war status. Detailed rules can be found in the FAQ.

System Determination
Whether a server enters war status is fully determined automatically by the system. The calculation rules are also available in the FAQ.

Special Settings
To resolve the issue where reinforcements cannot gain proper merit after defeating enemies, we currently have a special mechanism:

Peace servers can be temporarily set to war status;

War servers can be temporarily set to peace status.

Principles of Manual Settings
To prevent abuse, manual adjustments must strictly follow these principles:

Reinforcement forces must be confirmed by Brother Long or Fanshou as having reached the battlefield and caused the original war status to end before any manual adjustment;

It is forbidden for teams to act without alliance coordination and enter servers where enemies are already weak or absent, which would cause servers to wrongly shift from “war” to “peace,” or create “war” status on originally peaceful servers.

Princípios para Ajustes Manuais
Para evitar abusos, os ajustes manuais devem seguir estritamente os seguintes princípios:

As tropas de reforço devem ser confirmadas por Irmão Long ou Fanshou como tendo chegado ao campo de batalha e causado o fim do estado de guerra original antes de qualquer ajuste manual;

É proibido que equipes, sem coordenação da aliança, entrem em servidores onde os inimigos já são fracos ou inexistentes, o que poderia causar a mudança incorreta de “guerra” para “paz” ou criar um estado de “guerra” em servidores originalmente pacíficos.

📢 HOF Alliance Announcement: Miner Policy

Recently, we have noticed cases where miners have threatened players on some servers. Therefore, the HOF Alliance hereby clarifies its stance:

Ownership of Mining Areas

All mining resources on a server always belong to the teams and players with contributions and merits of that server.

Miners have no priority rights; their mining activities are only allowed with the permission of these contributors.

Conflict Resolution

If a miner comes into conflict with any team or player with contributions, the stance is clear: contributors always take priority; miners have no justification.

If miners threaten players, those players have the right to clear the mining area.

If a miner shows hostile behavior repeatedly, the alliance will organize a server-wide clearance to remove them permanently.

Alliance Position

The HOF Alliance does not, and never will, grant miners any priority rights.

Contributions and merits are the foundation of the alliance. Any miner who disregards these rules will not be tolerated.

We were only about two months away from completing the game, and HOF had always hoped to achieve unity first and avoid internal conflicts. However, due to the server merge issue, divisions arose within SD, and both sides decided to resolve their disputes through force.

Since both sides have long been our comrades-in-arms, HOF cannot and will not choose to support one side against the other. Therefore, HOF will remain neutral and will not intervene in SD’s internal conflict.

Currently, the main enemy in SA11 comes from NA. They not only attacked two NA servers, but the WP organization itself is a group of despicable people. They once pretended to be friendly to obtain resources, only to betray again later. Such an organization cannot be tolerated in the game.

After they entered SA11, no one could restrain them, so HOF’s NA team decided to pursue WP to limit their development. This action does not mean HOF is supporting any side; we are only eliminating our own enemies.

Combat scope:

TOBD incident: HOF will not participate. If missions or special needs arise, they will be discussed in advance.

Enemy expeditions to war servers: We will not pursue.

Enemy expeditions to 77 and SD’s peaceful servers: HOF may pursue at its discretion (not guaranteed 100%).

Expedition missions: If carried out on peaceful servers, advance notice will be given so everyone can prepare.

原本我们距离游戏通关只剩下约两个月,HOF一直希望先完成统一,避免内部矛盾。但因合服问题,SD内部出现了分裂,双方决定通过武力解决争议。

由于双方都是长期并肩作战的朋友,HOF无法也不会选择支持其中一方或对抗另一方。因此,HOF将保持中立,不介入SD内部冲突。

Faltavam apenas cerca de dois meses para concluirmos o jogo, e a HOF sempre buscou alcançar a unificação primeiro, evitando conflitos internos. Porém, devido ao problema de fusão de servidores, ocorreram divisões dentro da SD, e ambos os lados decidiram resolver suas disputas pela força.

Como ambos os lados sempre foram nossos companheiros de longa data, a HOF não pode e não vai escolher apoiar um contra o outro. Portanto, a HOF permanecerá neutra e não intervirá no conflito interno da SD.

Atualmente, o principal inimigo em SA11 vem de NA. Eles não apenas atacaram dois servidores de NA, mas a organização WP em si é composta por pessoas desprezíveis. Eles já fingiram amizade para obter recursos e depois traíram novamente. Uma organização assim não pode existir no jogo.

Após entrarem em SA11, ninguém pôde contê-los, então a equipe de NA da HOF decidiu perseguir o WP para limitar seu desenvolvimento. Esta ação não significa que a HOF esteja apoiando algum dos lados; estamos apenas eliminando nossos próprios inimigos.
