Sardinia 🇮🇹
What an island, what a place to spend winter.
Before coming here, we thought Sardinia is very touristic (and this is true in the high-season), but now in the low season it is so quiet and peaceful. Most of the big hotel are closed, the touristic towns are empty and the beaches as well. And there is so much untouched nature that I would have never expected. Thanks for having us 🧡🇮🇹

Kunming is such a cool city, we went there with almost no expectations at all, barely seeing it as a transportation hub in Yunnan province.
But somehow we ended up liking it much more than we expected.
The vibes are so chill and friendly, with so many cute little cafés and good food.
Although it's a city with more than 5 million inhabitants, to us it felt much smaller and cozier than what one could expect from such large numbers.
It's a city that we'd definitely love to visit again someday! 🌞

We tend to spend our summer in Germany to visit friends and family and to escape from the heat in Spain.
It is a great time to visit Vero's beautiful country 🍺💛🙌

Chiang Mai, Thailand 🇹🇭
We just love this city!
When we did a Thailand trip back in 2022, this city has already become our favorite place in Thailand.
Although it is the burning season right now and the pollution is pretty bad, we still have decided to come for a week of work and leisure to Chiang Mai.
For us, this city has everything to offer for us as Digital Nomads. From affordable and nice apartments, to comfortable cafes, to lots of culture to explore and of course - great restaurants.
This is definitely not the last time for us here.

Kyushu Japan 🇯🇵
In Kyushu, we have rented a camper to explore more of the Southern Island of Japan. The island does not have a huge population like the main Island of Japan, therefore it is perfect to drive around, visit cute towns and enjoy nature. In these photos you can see the geothermal activity that is all over Japan. There were many small villages that were covered in steam, it was just incredible. And the Japanese really take advantage of it. They use this steam for lots of Hot springs 😍, but also for cooking and other things.

What an incredible way to co-exist with nature. 💛

Hiroshima and Miyajima 🇯🇵🏯
These two places are so close to each other but give you such different feelings and emotions. In Hiroshima, you will learn about the past, about the destruction and suffering of the people, about why war is definitely not the answer.
Then you take the ferry and you come to this magical island with the Torii waiting for you as you come closer. You can see deer everywhere and just a few people that actually live on the island. During the day it is a famous touristic destination, but at night it becomes quiet and peaceful. 😊

Castles in Japan 🇯🇵
Japan is full of beautiful buildings such as temples or castles. In the first two photos, you can see the castle of Hiroshima and in the third and fourth photo, the castle of Himeji. The castle of Himeji is the largest and most visited castle of Japan and counts nowadays at UNESCO Worldheritage. It is only about 1,5h by train from Osaka.

If you get the chance, it was a great daytrip to see the castle 😊🏯

Kyoto, Japan 🇯🇵
Unfortunately, we only had one day for Kyoto but it was beautiful. We walked through the Gion Neighbourhood, went to some unknown temples, bought some tasty Mochis and just had a good time there. Although it was freezing cold at night, we went out again at 10pm to see the Fushimi Inari Shrine. There are thousands of Torii Gates leading up the hill and you can go for a small hike through these gates. At this time of the day, you can have it to yourself and don't have to walk with the crowds. However, if you climb up the hill during the day, there might also be fewer people. But it was a very magical experience at night. 😊
