2nd steps
Your Security Deposit of P100 Message us in our page. https://www.facebook.com/Coldzone2327
🫰🫰
To be officially registered, a security deposit is required. This is to prevent bogus teams that register but fail to show up on tournament day, which would waste slots and ruin the bracketing. To avoid this, each team must provide a refundable security deposit of ₱100. If the team does not show up, the deposit will not be refunded and the team will be disqualified. To get a refund, the team must be complete and present.
🫰🫰
Our registration is online and requires valid IDs. The names on the online registration must match the actual players—no substitutes or unregistered members will be allowed. Otherwise, the team may face disqualification and lose eligibility for cash prizes. This ensures fairness for everyone: only those who registered are allowed to play.
🫰🫰
To complete the registration, you must finish up to Step 2:
Step 1: Every member must fill out the form via the given link and complete it. https://docs.google.com/.../1FAIpQLSdgtUgFDMl1sn.../viewform
Step 2: Message the page to arrange the security deposit.
https://www.facebook.com/Coldzone2327
🫰🫰
If you only finish Step 1, your registration will not be accepted. There will also be no walk-in registration. Once online registration closes, "NO" additional teams can join and "NO" changes to team members will be allowed. This is to prevent cheating and ensure fairness for all.
