NEW EP🚨In this episode, we share 26 things we’ve learned by 26 — lessons and realizations collected unpredictably, intentionally, and sometimes the hard way. From relationships and purpose to personal growth, happiness, and long-term vision, the list we curated is full of what we both believe matters most. It’s raw, reflective, and meant to feel like a letter to our younger selves (or maybe even our current selves). Whether you’re navigating dating, motherhood, career, or working on protecting your peace, we hope something in here resonates. From why you should sometimes drop $$ on a pedicab, to how the 80/20 rule might actually be the key to everything (mental health, money, love—you name it), this one’s got range. We hope you connect with at least one of the things we ramble on about—and if you do, let us know what you think.

Ep. 61 - Not Just One Thing: The Generalist Woman — is now up and live for whoever wants to listen (link in bio) 💛💐

In this episode, we dive into the emerging identity of the Generalist Woman — a multifaceted, adaptable archetype reshaping modern femininity. From motherhood and dating to cultural pressures and workforce shifts, we explore what it means to reject extremes, embrace nuance, and move through life with intention. We chat about the narratives of the “trad wife” vs. “girlboss,” unpack the ensh*ttification of social media, and rejoice in the beauty of being uncategorized. From attachment styles and suburbia to p**n, childcare, and strategies to keeping your cup/s full — this entire topic holds such a special place in our hearts. We hope you friends find some good food-for-thought in this.

60% of Americans have a chronic disease.
18% of Americans struggle with depression.
50% of Americans are are chronically obsessed.
1 in 36 children have Autism.
11% of women and 9% of men experience infertility.
On average, US children spent only 4-7 minutes a day doing unconstructed play.

Conclusion: We are a very sick nation with a major health crisis.
Solution: Make America Healthy Again. (aka MAHA)

What is it? Well it’s exactly what it sounds like. It’s about taking the posion out of foods, cleaning up our water, ending chronic disease, restoring our soil, preserving our environment for us and generations to come.

It’s clear, America has a health crisis that is deep and systemic. It’s entangled in the corrupt corporate greed of Big Pharma, Big Ag, Insurance agencies and ultimately our government. And the same people who work for many of agencies like the FDA that exists to conduct safety testing and regulate our food, end up going to work for the same drug and food companies they are supposed to regulate. And when you travel outside the US it is easy to see they do not have these problems at the levels we do in US.

RFK Jr. happens to be the face of the MAHA movement, whose primary goal is end chronic disease in America but restoring our soils, clean up our water, take out the chemicals in our food…just to name a few. Who is he you may ask? While, he’s JFK nephew, famous environmental attorney who decorated his life to cleaning up the Hudson River, seeing Big Oil, polluters, and Big Pharma in defense of the little guys (like who are are harmed on a daily basis form these chemicals).

Join us in this episode as we chat about some high-level information we’ve dug up surrounding the current health crisis, and what we can do to Make America Health Again and end these medical loops so many Americans find themselves in.

It’s looking like an Americana Summer & we are all here for it. If 2024 is the feature film, 2020 was the trailer. And although we may know some of the possible plot points, we have zero way of fully telling what’s in store this season with all the twists & turns that have happened & are yet to come as the year continues.

Tune in this week to hear our thoughts on what has happened thus far & predictions of what is to come in these upcoming weeks.

(Note: this was recorded before the assassination attempt on President Trump)
