In the new year we wish you only victories, both in games and personal successes :)

How are you feeling?
I hope you kept your balance like this pirate ;)

and it's really important to resist at times like this. balance is a precarious thing.)
You can use the lying palm trees as a bridge to get to the other side. Why not? You are a pirate, you make the rules on this island. By the way, such a walk can pay off well. After all, pirates love gold. Don't they?

Only 10 days until the release of the biggest project from Split Light Studio. It's long awaited, exciting and already can't wait ;)
We get words of encouragement and we know you are there for us. For which we would like to thank you once again. We really appreciate it!

This is the finish line. But we're ready for it :)
Our development team, though, seems to have only quickened its pace. They don't seem to have any plans to stop. Our developers are also players who are trying their best for the players :) so, in this business they know no rest. they try for you, so the testing continues.... :)

As stated in previous posts, we are preparing something for you .... it's almost done. Very soon you will see ...

Yo ho ho! Pirates,
How are you feeling?

Despite the presence of quests, you can safely afford a walk around the island. At any moment, in any place.... You're a pirate. Don't burden yourself with responsibilities, you can return to the quests at any moment :)

I suggest visiting the game's updated Steam page (if you haven't seen the recent updates)

We realize that it is impossible to scan all the most imperceptible errors to the eye, but we try to move towards this direction with a special spirit :)

However, work on optimization and all sorts of testing is in its final stages (our team can't sit idle)
You are their motivation! Thank you for your support and trust, we are doing this for you and because of you.

very soon we want to show you something interesting.... it will happen before the release, but a little patience :)

Yoo-hoo-hoo-hoo! Pirates,

Pirates VR: Jolly Roger will let you experience summer swimming for as long as you want. Even in the winter. After all, as you may recall the release will take place in mid-winter (14.01.2025)
Just take a look at this:

Swimming is probably one of the most enjoyable activities (for me personally).
Even though you can find treasures and other items at the bottom, it's also just plain fun :)
but please don't forget the safety precautions and don't stay without air for too long, after all even pirates need to breathe :)

It's a little exciting to write about, but we're only 3 weeks away from release:

Despite the natural slight excitement, we are faithfully moving toward the goal.
There is a clear plan, there are actions. the team is working hard, now the finish line is open for them.

Pre-release preparation is moving along and there are some changes within it:
- Testing of the finished build is being finalized,
- optimization work is being completed,
- some adjustments have been made to the Steam game page: new header & screenshots

Hey man, Pirates VR is exactly one month away from release. Dude?!

(It's not uncommon for skeletons to get in your way, but they won't always be immobilized (like this one))

Oh, that's great. Just a month away from Pirates VR: Jolly Roger. The game will be available for your download in a month.
That's both exciting and great at the same time.
After all, the game has been in development for several years and now, very soon you will be able to experience it :)

We are truly excited about it. And sincerely thank you for your support, it's important for us. it gives us strength!

However, we're not relaxing. We understand the responsibility, so right now our tests continue. Optimizing and testing the finished build is what the focus is keeping on right now :) As we think it is quite important.

It's Saturday. Which means it's finally time for us to meet you :)

We're getting closer and closer to the release, which is on 01/14/2025

We are getting closer to our goal with every step:

Right now you can see a pirate climbing to the top of the cliff :)
It's not only fun, but also dangerous.
In our previous videos you may have noticed that bricks on the cliffs can collapse (whoa). It's quite painful and unexpected.
But, this time none of the pirates got hurt while filming :)

Split Light Studio and VRkiwi team still have to solve some license issues, age restrictions in some countries. However, they solve it promptly (not always depends on us).
In addition, the developers are actively testing the current (final) build of the game for even small bugs.
In addition, they are actively working on optimizations

With only 5 weeks to go until release, time is flying by. But, we're almost ready for it (goosebumps...).

Today is a special day for us, but it's just the beginning of a huge event.

Yes, indeed it will happen. Tentatively planned for Q2 2025, but we'll find out a more precise date a little later :)

Once again we would like to thank you for your words of support and the high marks you give for Pirates VR. We will try to justify them!

the high pace of our developers scares me (in a good way)
They work hard. however, in most cases it is a routine and multitasking work every day, which consists of small details, but in the end it leads to more.
Most of this work goes unnoticed by us (players) and we will only be able to experience it when we get access to the game. well, we will surely wait?

ou may learn something important very soon, but don't take these words too seriously, it's just a thought in head...

By the way, have you seen the new Pirates VR page design yet? she seems to have had a bit of a makeover ;)

I hope you're feeling great today

Sometimes situations arise where you need to try again. But, sometimes you need to rethink your approach and try to find a solution in a different way. Perhaps this is the case?

Sometimes you may hear barbed phrases or even outright ridicule from this feathered...
He's always there, wherever you are. However, don't be angry with him :)
In fact, he often shows you the way. He is your coordinator and your compass.

so our developers have made significant progress and some important tasks have been successfully completed:
+ most of the small bugs have been fixed
+ corrections and improvement of level design
+ optimization
+ some game mechanics
+ the final scene has been completed
+ subtitles + voice acting

As you can see, we are far advanced, but right now our development team is working on:
- active testing phase of the current version of the game,
- improving game components,
- compatibility with popular models of VR headsets, so that they work correctly.

Today I want to show you something:
I think today is his day ;)
The nicest thing a pirate can be haha

On your way will meet not only obstacles and dangers, but also positive moments.
You must collect food, coins, jewels, other items.
What for? You'll find out sometime ;)
A pirate has a liking for the ringing of coins, but most often, you will find small bags with coins. but, sometimes you will find similar chests. But, it will be too naive to think that they will be in an accessible place. It's a challenge, but the challenge with the reward ;)
