Tater Tot Breakfast Bowl with Sausage Gravy 🥔🍳

🛒 Ingredients:

1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

1 lb breakfast sausage

1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3 cups milk

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large eggs

2 tbsp butter or oil

👩‍🍳 Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and bake tater tots until golden and crispy (25–30 minutes).

Cook sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Sprinkle flour over sausage, stirring well.

Whisk in milk slowly, add salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Simmer until thickened into gravy.

Scramble or fry eggs in butter/oil until cooked to your liking.

Assemble bowls: Start with crispy tater tots, then spoon on sausage gravy, top with eggs, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Serve hot for a hearty, comforting breakfast!

California Spaghetti Salad 🍅🥗
🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti, cooked and cooled
1 cucumber, diced
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 can (2.25 oz) sliced black olives, drained
1 bottle (16 oz) Italian dressing
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
👩‍🍳 Directions:
Cook the pasta: Boil spaghetti until tender, then drain and rinse with cold water to cool it down.
Chop the veggies: While pasta cools, dice cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, and slice the onion.
Combine everything: In a large bowl, toss together the cooled spaghetti, chopped veggies, and black olives.
Mix dressing: Pour the Italian dressing over the salad. Add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

1 ½ lbs ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
½ cup milk
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter (for greasing dish)
👩‍🍳 Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with butter.
Prepare the beef mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Shape into patties: Form 4-6 steak patties and place them in the greased baking dish.
Make the sauce: In a separate bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup, milk, and Worcestershire sauce (if using).
