Ibiza retreat part 3 🛼🏝️

Looking back on these memories has me giggling to myself because we honestly got so lucky in so many ways and the universe really had our backs where things kept just working out in our favour 🤭🫶🏻

Like the day we moved the hike at the top of island to a different day/time and it was perfectly cloudy (we would have died if it was sunny 😂) and without having a small issue with the original court, we wouldn’t have done lessons on this blue court of dreams 🙌🏼✨

Sometimes going with the flow is better than having everything planned out because sometimes the universe takes the wheel and if you have an adaptable and positive mindset that things will work out as they are meant to, then you can open yourself up to more than you even realise is out there and possible 🥰

Ps. How cute is the coach T-shirt had made for me annnd it was so lovely to give out the bracelets my mum and my sisters helped me make for the retreat guests, and alba of course 🤗🩵

Ibiza retreat part 2 🛼🏝️

Some of the beaches we got to experience on this trip were literally like none I’ve ever seen, I actually didn’t think I could be more obsessed with the island before this week and boy I was wrong 😍🙌🏼 the company was also top tier which made every moment even more memorable 🫶🏻✨

We also witnessed the legendary mambos sunset of couuuurseeee and love that we got to make the most out of our villa with stretch, spinner & off skate sessions, private lessons and roller dance jams 🤩🥳

Still more to come 👀🤭

Dumping a few from the first couple of days on the island of music 🎧😎

Still can’t get over how much of a good balance I had between work, party, play and chill 🙌🏼 a nice little reminder that you really can create your own reality, feeling more than blessed 🥰

Loved getting to spend time with my girl too 🤗 the bessst trip thanks to you 🥹

Finally took my family to see the London revival of Starlight Express which is the show that kickstarted my life on wheels and the whole reason that RollerSkillz even exists 🥹 Scroll to slide 20 to go back when I was in my starlight era 8 years ago 😅

Absolutely loved this production as I knew I would and it was incredible to see such an amazing cast come to life on stage and share their talent (and bravery to do what they do on skates) with the audience 🥰

And of course, a huge congrats to the fantastic creatives and backstage team that have put this super successful show together that London is lucky to be able to experience 🤩

I feel super grateful to have had a full circle moment in March last year where I had the pleasure of working with the new cast to teach and workshop skate skills that cross over between the dance world and the skate world to be used in the new choreography for the show (which is unreal btw) 🛼💃🏻 huge shoutout and big thanks to and for having me come in for this 🥹

So blessed to also get the opportunity to take my family backstage to see my friends in costume (who all killed it obvs 💁🏼‍♀️) and it took me back and reminded me how special it always felt to get visitors come and see you the shows you were in and how there was no feeling like spotting your loved ones in the audience 🥰

It’s not a matter of if but a matter of when you get yourselves down to go and see this one of a kind show, you literally owe it to yourselves and will be skipping out of the theatre singing all the songs with them living rent free in your head for weeks after 😂

Genuinely still have pinch me moments that I get to help skaters find joy through roller skating 🥹

Bringing skaters together in a fun, safe and supportive environment is such a special part of what I do and it’s so amazing to welcome newbie rollers into the community we’re building here in Dubai 🥰

So grateful to anyone who has attended my in person group classes this year so far! Sad to leave and have a break for summer but already so excited to come back to get rolling again with you all at the end of august 🥳

I’m about to go on vacation and then I WILL BE BACK IN THE UK 🇬🇧

I’ll be hosting my first RollerSkillz 3 day intensive in between Monday 5th August - Friday 9th August in LONDON suitable for beginner/intermediate skaters that are already comfortable with the fundamentals looking to level up 🚀

Another year around the sun and I heard the last year of your twenty’s is a pretty good one 🥳

Grateful to be celebrating my birthday this year on the retreat surrounded by such amazing people who have made my day so special being away from home 🥹

And thank you to all of my friends and family that have sent me lovely birthday messages, miss and love you all 🫶🏼

Excited to see what 29 has in store ✨
