Very sad news. I met the folks behind Simple Roots Brewing at the Winooski Farmers Market years ago. Since they started, they have made some great beers, lots of friends, and good memories. Hold onto them.
It is with mixed emotions that we announce the closing of Simple Roots Brewing. This decision has not come easily.
We are incredibly grateful to have been part of the VT brewing community but more importantly the New North End and to have served you for 9 wonderful years. To our amazing regulars - your support and loyalty have meant the world to us. You’ve helped us build more than just a business — you helped create a space filled with connection, laughter, and shared memories.
We’re continuing with normal hours for the time being. We’ll keep you updated on when our final days will be. We’ll be hosting an event on Saturday October 11th (more details to come) as a way to celebrate what we've built together. We hope to see as many of you as possible to say thank you in person.
