🤩 What a treat! 🤎 We got to talk with one of the most qualified candidates in our local ballot, Erica Flores Baltodano. Erica is a Chica Politica through and through, and is running for school board. We talked about what it means to be a school trustee (emphasis on the TRUST part), her journey as a latina attorney, her impactful career, biases, disparities, representation, woof! What a convo!

💜 Ana Rosa Rizo-Centino (ella/she/her), a Chica Politica herself, comes from a working class Mexican immigrant family desde Guadalajara, Jalisco. She has fought for and continues to fight for racial, environmental, economic and social justice on local, state and national levels!

🎙️ We talked with Ana Rosa about her experience running for city council, the intersections needed to be uplifted by our political leaders, our political shortcomings, we had some thoughts about last interview given to 🧐 The interview was definitely not very demure, or very mindful and we share our thoughts on why! 😬
